The game has three actual endings: a bad ending, a best ending, and an alternate special ending.
Does sayori always die?
Sayori’s ending happens halfway through the game. It marks the end of Act 1.
Can you save sayori?
Perhaps by now you already know that Sayori can ‘t be saved. If there’s a consolation to it, there’s a good ending to it (if you haven’t achieve it) where Sayori is alive and well and thanks you the player for everything and she says she loves you along with the other girls. That kinda made me feel better.
